Common questions
What does it cost to host a machine?+
Nothing to qualify. EasyVendor covers the machine, installation, stock, payment systems and maintenance. For qualifying locations, commercial structures can be tailored based on site economics.
What do we need to provide as a host?+
A suitable space of roughly one square metre, a standard power outlet, and reasonable security. We handle everything else, including connectivity.
Who restocks and services the machine?+
EasyVendor's own operations team. We monitor stock and machine health remotely and schedule replenishment before products run out.
How do customers pay?+
By scanning a QR code on the machine's screen and paying with mobile money or card through our payment partner. The machine dispenses once payment is confirmed.
What products can be stocked?+
Beverages, snacks, personal care and everyday essentials. We tailor the assortment to each location and adjust it using real sales data.
Where are you operating?+
