These terms apply when you use easyvendorafrica.com, submit an enquiry through it, or buy a product from an EasyVendor smart vending machine. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

EasyVendor Africa ("EasyVendor") installs, stocks and operates smart vending machines at host locations such as hospitals, offices, estates, campuses and transport hubs in Ghana. This website provides information about the service and a way to register interest as a host location. There is no online store or online checkout on this website.

Products sold from our machines are everyday physical goods. Prices are shown on the machine at the point of sale and are payable in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payment is made at the machine, normally by scanning the on-screen QR code and paying with mobile money or a card through our licensed payment provider. A sale is complete when payment is confirmed and the item is dispensed.

Stock availability varies by machine and location. If a payment succeeds but the item does not dispense, or you are charged incorrectly, see our Payment & Refund Policy.

Submitting a host-location enquiry does not create a contract or obligation on either side. Any machine placement is subject to a separate written agreement covering site terms, responsibilities, access, power, security and any commercial arrangement. We may decline any enquiry.

You agree to provide accurate information in our forms, to use our machines and this website lawfully, and not to damage, tamper with or interfere with our machines, the website or any system you are not authorised to access. The private staff area of this site is restricted to authorised EasyVendor personnel.

The EasyVendor name, logo, website design and content belong to EasyVendor or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Website content is provided for general information and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyVendor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute. To contact us, please use the contact form.
